01 📋 Using this website
You need to be at least the age of majority where you live to use this site or buy from us.
Don't use PawMagi products, services or this website for anything unlawful, or in a way that breaches any law that applies to you.
If you breach these terms, we may suspend or end your access to the site.
02 ⚖️ General conditions
We may refuse or limit service to anyone, where the law allows it.
You may not copy, reproduce, resell or otherwise exploit any part of this website, its content, our product descriptions or our services without written permission from us.
03 🏷️ Products, specs and pricing
Product descriptions, specifications, availability and prices can change without notice.
We put real effort into listing accurate specs — weight limits, dimensions, materials and what a product won't do. Where a supplier's own figures conflict or can't be verified, we say so on the page rather than guessing.
Colours and finishes can look different on your screen than in person, and hand-measured dimensions may vary slightly. Neither is a fault.
We may limit order quantities, decline an order, or discontinue a product at any time.
04 💳 Orders, billing and account details
When you order, you agree to give us accurate and complete billing, delivery and contact information.
We may cancel, limit or refuse an order that looks fraudulent, unauthorised, inaccurate, or in breach of these terms.
Payments are processed by Shopify and its approved payment providers. PawMagi does not collect or store your full card details at any point.
05 🐾 Using our products safely
Our products are aids, not safety equipment, and a few things need to be clear:
- Carriers and slings are not crash-tested and are not vehicle restraints. Always attach a safety tether to a harness, never a collar.
- Car seats are containment and comfort products. They have not been tested to any vehicle safety standard and will not protect a pet in a collision.
- Toys should be supervised and checked regularly. Replace anything with open seams, loose parts or exposed squeakers.
- We are not veterinarians. Nothing on this site is veterinary advice. If your pet is unwell, in pain, or has changed how they eat, drink or move, speak to a vet.
You're responsible for choosing products suitable for your pet, following the instructions supplied, and supervising their use.
06 🔗 Third-party services
We use and link to third-party services — payment providers, shipping carriers, analytics and advertising platforms, and external websites.
Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. We're not responsible for their content, availability, security or conduct.
07 💬 Reviews and anything you send us
If you send us a review, comment, photo, video or suggestion, you're giving us permission to use, reproduce, edit, publish and display it for business and marketing purposes.
Don't submit anything unlawful, abusive, misleading, defamatory, or that infringes someone else's rights. We may remove content that breaches these terms.

09 🛡️ Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Except where warranties are expressly given or required by law, this website, our products and our services are provided "as is" and "as available".
We don't guarantee the site will always be uninterrupted, error-free or completely secure.
To the fullest extent the law allows, PawMagi is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of this website, our products or our services.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be excluded.

You agree to indemnify and hold PawMagi harmless from claims, damages, losses, liabilities and expenses arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the site, or your infringement of someone else's rights.
