FAQ

How do I know which carrier fits my pet? Weigh your pet properly — stand on a scale holding them, then alone, and subtract. Then check the weight range on the product page. Every carrier we stock lists its real limit, not a vague size label. If your pet sits between two sizes, take the larger one.

My pet is right on the weight limit. Will it work? Probably, but it won't be comfortable for long wear. A carrier at its maximum sags and the fabric stretches out permanently. If you're at the limit, go up a size or choose a different style.

Do I measure weight or length? Both. A long-bodied dachshund and a compact pug can weigh the same and need completely different pouches. Measure from the base of the neck to the base of the tail and check it against the product dimensions.

What if my pet is over 20 lbs? We don't currently stock carriers above 20 lbs. A sling isn't the right format at that weight — you'd want a wheeled carrier or a proper backpack rated for it.

Products

Are your toys safe for aggressive chewers? Mostly no, and we say so on each page. Electronic and plush toys are for chasing and gentle play. If your dog's approach to a new object is to destroy it, look for chew-rated toys instead — we'd rather tell you now than take the return.

Where do I clip the safety tether on a sling? Always to a harness, never a collar. If a pet jumps against a collar, the entire force lands on their neck. This applies to every sling and car seat we sell.

Are your car seats crash-tested? No. The console seat is a containment and comfort product — it stops your pet climbing into the footwell and distracting you. It has not been tested to any vehicle safety standard and won't protect your pet in a collision. We'd rather be clear about that than imply otherwise.

Can I take a carrier on a flight? Check with your airline directly. Airlines set their own under-seat dimension rules, and most slings and hard-sided backpacks don't meet them. We don't claim airline approval on any product.

Do you sell replacement parts?Answer once you've decided. If you stock replacement shells, tails, filters or balls, list them here and link them — it's a real repeat-purchase question.

Orders & shipping

Where do you ship to?List your shipping destinations.

How long does delivery take?Your real processing time + transit time. If you source from overseas suppliers and it takes 10–20 days, say 10–20 days. Understating this is the single biggest cause of chargebacks in this category.

How much is shipping?Your rates, plus any free-shipping threshold.

Will I get a tracking number?Yes/no, and when it's sent.

Can I change or cancel my order?Your cutoff window — usually before it ships.

Returns

What's your return window?Your real number of days. "Easy returns" means nothing; "30 days" builds trust.

What if the carrier doesn't fit my pet?State whether unused, unwashed items in original packaging can be returned, and who pays return postage.

What if my item arrives damaged? Email pawmagi321@gmail.com with your order number and a photo within ⚠ [X] days and we'll sort a replacement or refund.

Who pays return postage?Be specific. This is the question customers actually want answered.
